The visual indication that you can edit the schedule in an recurring delivery is missing. I didn't notice that the 'request confirmation' also was available here. Also a great hint that you have to click the three horizontal dots to choose a delivery to confirm. Thanks!

Hi, I've read in a comment on this topic (profile-substitution-for-proofing) that profile substitutions in ACS should work in a recurring email when using 'no aggregation period'.We've tried that multiple times at de Volksbank, but it doesn't work for us. Do you know if this option is available for recurring emails and which steps we have to take?I'm a little confused, that's why I'm checking it with Adobe professional @Sukrity_Wadhwa Kind regards,Björn Kummeling Settings MessageTopic

The exisiting profile substutions option is a great one, but we still have to do all the editing work twice, because it doesn't work with a recurring email delivery. We now save the original email as a template, but sometimes personalisation fields get broken when using a template for test purposes in a single send delivery. What we need is an optional 'confirm' button in a recurring email, so you can prepare a message, test it and afterwards release the 'confirm' button, so the recurring email ...

Hi,When I'm facing this error Error: there was an error while generating previewing I normally have to walk through the personalisation fields used in the email.Check if they are mapped to the corresponding fields in (by example) Additional Data.Sometimes it helps re-running a workflow and check the latest transition before the email delivery if all personalisation fields used in the email are available.

Me and my colleague (@Gravemind_IV ) tried it, changing the aggregation period of a recurring delivery. But profile substiution still doesn't work for us using recurring email deliveries.@senthilkumargsm

Hi, it's not (yet) possible to use profile substitutions using recurring emails. It's only available when using single email deliveries. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-standard/email-testing-how-to-add-targeted-profiles-from-an-existing/qaq-p/358759

Hi, I would like to change the date format in my email delivery. How can I do that?It is a personalisation field from Additional Data. Now it is displayed as DD/MM/YYYY. I would like to change this to DD-MM-YYYY or dd-MMMM-YYYY (so in Dutch: 2 mei 2018). And are other languages also supported? Same question for using an amount: I would like to display it in Dutch (decimal separator comma, thousands separator is a dot or none. How can I apply that on a personalisation field? Kind regards,Björn

It seems to be that this testing option is only availabe using single email deliveries. In my company we use many recurring email sendings, so that's a future wish list item. One of our Adobe contacts will check if this conclusion is right. And to see the 'prepare option' I've had to check the box by 'request confirmation' in the schedule part of the email delivery. So it's a bit of a workaround now 😊save the current recurring email as a templatecreate a new single email delivery in the existing...

Hi David,Thank you for getting back to me. I've saved my existing email as a template and created a new one (not recurring) in the same workflow.I don't understand how to check the delivery generated in the workflow. Because when I choose 'normal execution' the email will be delivered immediately. Even in the new email delivery I still don't have the option to prepare a delivery. Kind regards,Björn

Hi @DavidKangni , what do you mean by 'prepare the delivery first'? I've developed an e-mail using the Email Designer, and already sent some test e-mails (without using additional data). So in my opinion that's the preparation of my email.I also don't see a 'prepare' option in my email delivery. And I've never used it before. Kind regards,Björn

Hi,Since the release of Adobe Campaign Standard version 20.2, it is possible to do e-mail testing using targeted profiles. I need help to select the profile to use for testing. I've followed the steps in the tutorial:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard/using/testing-and-sending/preparing-and-testing-messages/testing-messages-using-target.html The profiles are targeted in a workflow: The email delivery in the workflow is 'paused', to prevent it from sending e-mails without te...

Hi,After contacting one of Adobes consultants, we solved the problem. What happens? If a customer (profile) appears in more than 1 segment, the output with the current configuration places the customer in 1 segment. When a customer should be in segments 2, 3 or 4 i've to turn 'enable overlapping of outbound populations' on. After turning this option on: the result is ok (610 records in, 610 records out)Normally the target has to be unique. But in this case, it didn't have to be, because all segme...

Hi, I've checked if I had any filters or limitations in my segmentation, but I had none.I can't imagine that the complement function in a segmentation doesn't contain all remaining records. Because that's the reason why I generate a complement 😀 The query in the segmentation is based on a combination of fields: 'verlengingsdatum (date)', 'aflosdatum (date)', 'verlengings_dt_2 (date)'. I added an extra segment, to make sure the complement should be 'zero'. I've imported the data file once again ...

Hi,I'm using a segmentation in ACS to define different targetgroups in a maillist. My input contains 610 unique records, my ouput contains only 604 or 605 records. The difference between the outcome of these two segmentations already is strange. I've 431 unique customers who are involved in my campaign, but I need all records to inform them about each product. Thank you in advance. Kind regards,Björn
