Hi @priya_m, The Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK allows you to overwrite the network stack for the network calls executed by the Adobe extensions, so you can implement certificate pinning in your application if needed. For more details see https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/foundation-extensions/mobile-core/platform-services#override-network-stack Emilia Dobrin Computer Scientist Adobe Experience Cloud

Hi @albertm92 The variables used by the Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK are persisted on the device in SharedPreferences (Android) or UserDefaults (iOS). If you are looking for the identifiers the AEP Mobile SDK persists depending on the extensions you have installed, please refer to https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/foundation-extensions/mobile-core/mobile-core-api-reference#retrieving-stored-identifiersFor more details see the Privacy and GDPR documentation available here https://aep-sdks....

Hi @padmaa17619878, 1. I am not sure what went wrong in the Adobe Analytics extension. Can you provide more details on what configuration you are using? Do you see any error when you open the developer console in your browser? Any specific browser/browser version where you are seeing this error? 2. Yes, those steps should still work to validate the workflow on your local device.3. We recommend a value of ~ 5 seconds for the mobile.acquisitionTimeout. This timeout is used as the network request t...

Hi @padmaa17619878 , The Adobe Analytics - Mobile Services extension provides the functionality you are looking for. For more details, see https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/using-mobile-extensions/adobe-analytics-mobile-servicesFor acquisition tracking you also need to configure the Launch hit delay in the Analytics extension so that it waits for the acquisition information before processing the launch hit: https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/using-mobile-extensions/adobe-analytics#launch-hit-delay ...

Hi @padmaa17619878 , Thanks for reaching out. Can you confirm that the previous version of the Mobile SDK (adobeMobileLibrary) has been removed from your app dependencies and that you are using only the AEP SDK extensions as per the Launch Install instructions? After migration, only the new version of the SDK should be installed in your app. For the Lifecycle metrics, make sure you implemented the Lifecycle API calls for your app, this documentation can help with that https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io...

Hi @Leina_Betzer ,You can verify the extension versions in a few ways:- use the extensionVersion API of each extension, for e.g. Analytics.extensionVersion().- if you are using the latest MobileCore/ACPCore you can enable verbose logging and see what are all the registered extensions and their versions.- check the dependency version installed through gradle (Android) using ./gradlew :app:dependencyInsight / Cocoapods (iOS) in Podfile.lock. Hi @monteroje , One option would be to use Target to customize that string and update the title with the value fetched using the Mobile SDK. Check the Android documentation for how to set the title on a top-level Activity or ActionBar programmatically. Hope this helps,Emilia Dobrin

Hi sungheey4410275, From the provided logs it looks like the server is not configured in the Adobe Audience Manager extension. You can configure that in the Experience Launch UI and publish the changes to the desired environment.Additionally, make sure you implemented the Lifecycle APIs as descried here Register Lifecycle with Mobile Core and add appropriate Start/Pause calls.Let us know if this helped or if you need further assistance. Thank you,Emilia DobrinComputer ScientistAdobe Experience C...

Hi @garora8, The request body fragment with profileParameters you shared looks correct to me. As long as you are sending these profile parameters in the Target API calls it should show in the Target UI. Please note that it usually takes a few minutes until they become available in the UI after you sent them for the first time from the mobile app. Then you should be able to create new audiences with this Visitor Profile parameter like in the screenshot below and use it in your activities: For Cha...

Hi @garora8, Can you confirm if you are seeing the network request being made from charles/logs with the provided profile parameters when using the Mobile SDK?Also are you able to create audiences with the new profile parameter in Adobe Target UI? In the Audiences tab, when you create a new Audience and select Visitor Profile do you see your key mobile_banner_dismissed_clicked_AS00839_AI_SA_ALL_SG_DM_ACAI0240_XT in the drop-down? This parameter should become available in your activity only after...

Hi @muralitharanv68 , Did Calise's answer solve your issue?Additionally, verify if your report suite is timestamp enabled or not. If it is timestamp enabled, make sure you have Offline Enabled selected in the Adobe Analytics extension configuration. For more information, see https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/using-mobile-extensions/adobe-analytics#offline-enabled Emilia DobrinComputer ScientistAdobe Experience Cloud
