@mmbb110 - Thank you for sharing the details. Per the screenshot you had shared, it seemed you are trying to use ACC integration (which is via Data Connectors in AA) for which you'd need the Account ID. If ACS integration suits your requirement, you can go ahead as per the document. Thank You!

Hi @mmbb110 Account ID is what appears in the external Adobe Campaign account. Document Reference: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/getting-started/connectors/adobe-analytics-data-connector.html In case you are facing issues identifying it in the Campaign account, you may reach out to Campaign support team by raising a ticket via Admin Console (supported users only). Workspace Scheduled Projects - Default expiry
Avatar

The default expiration for workspace schedule is one year. Can we set this default expiry to:1 day for hourly, 1 week for daily, 3 months for weekly and 6 months for monthly scheduled project requests? For organizations having huge number of scheduled workspace projects (>900), mostly users let the default "End date" be as is (i.e 1 year expiry) while scheduling workspaces, which leads to a large number of idle running workspace schedules thus, adding to unnecessary load taking up the resources ...

Hi @mmbb110 If you are trying to login to Analytics via Experience Cloud (using either "Personal Account" or "School or Company Account" option), then your ID is your email address that is used to setup your account in Experience Cloud. You can reach out to System Admin Users (not Analytics Product Admin) within your organization, who can access Admin Console and let you know the email address your account is setup with. Additionally, when a system admin user sets you up in Experience Cloud (via ...

Hi @Ramnk Since you are selection "Personal Account" option to login, that means you are using your Adobe ID (not Federated ID).Since you are not able to view the Workspace projects created or shared by you, that means the projects are associated with your Federated ID. You can use "School or Company account" option to log into Experience Cloud (and then navigate to Analytics). With this method you will be logged in via Federated ID which does not require a password to login.Hopefully, you will ...

Hi @1982luca As per the design of conversion variable (evar) report there can be 2 cases when Unspecified appears in the report:A conversion event fires without a conversion variableHits where conversion variable was not present#1 can be handled if the event is fired in the same server call as the variable however, there would still be some server calls during the visit, where evar is not expected to fire. All such hits will be grouped under Unspecified in eVar report. In your case because of #2...

Hi,There does appear to be a limit on the number of values that can be selected in Drop-down Filters in Panels. Given this limit, you can apply multiple such drop down filters in the panel for the same dimension item but different values. Lets say drop down 1 has 1st 200 dimension values, drop down 2 has next 200 dimension values n so on.You can select the desired value from one of the drop down filters and keep other drop downs to "No filter".Additionally, to submit a feature enhancement reques...

Hi, In my understanding, the cookie consent comes up on the first page of your website. Until a user accepts cookies, there would be no Analytics server call.If the understanding is correct, then by definition Bounce Rate is calculated using the formula Bounces divided by Entries. Now 'Bounces' metric shows the number of visits that contained exactly one hit (Analytics server call). Document Reference: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/components/metrics/bounces.html In this case s...

Hi, We don't currently support SAS-Token authentication in Data Feed Azure Blob delivery. We support account key authentication. The Account Key (is also called "storage account key" or "access key") is a base64 encoded string that can be located at the customer's storage account settings. For information on Azure Blob as delivery destination for data feed, you can refer to the following document:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/export/analytics-data-feed/create-feed.html Hope th...

Bulk delete scheduled workspace projects

Could there be a way to upload Analysis workspace schedule IDs and delete them in bulk, all in one go. With the current product design, from "Scheduled Projects Manager" we can select all the schedule IDs/scheduled workspace projects names that we want to delete and then hit the delete button. This task still remains manual, as the user would have to manually search the scheduled workspace projects and then click on the checkbox. In case of organizations having more than 1000 users, with ~1000 s...

Hi, You will have to manually drag n drop the dimensions to build an alert. There is no "one click" operation that could be performed to build the alert for all the sub dimensions (classifications). To help select multiple dimensions and drag-drop them together in alert builder, you can select one dimension from left panel and then hold Shift key to select other ones. Once you've selected all the required dimensions, drag them together to right hand side alert builder. Hope this helps! Thanks,Sa...

Hi, I believe by 'we are using Adobe Mobile Service to track mobile app' you mean you are using Adobe version 4 SDKs and want to understand the benefits of moving to Adobe Experience Platform SDK (SDK v5).If my understanding is correct, you can continue using the 4.x SDK along with the Mobile Services. However, it's support will end on August 31, 2020. So, it's recommended that you switch to AEP SDK (5.x SDK) as that will have to be done eventually. Furthermore, the following document provides i...

Hi, To get started with Analytics 2.0 APIs you must first decide whether your application will need an OAuth client or a JWT client.A JWT client is best if you are creating an application that needs to programmatically authenticate calls to the Adobe Analytics APIs. A new JWT token can be generated whenever the old one is about to expire so your application can continue to make API calls. Document reference: https://github.com/AdobeDocs/analytics-2.0-apis Hope this helps! Thanks,Saumya

Hi, If you are referring to data feed column mcvisid which is Experience Cloud Visitor ID, then it is an 128-bit number consisting of two concatenated 64-bit numbers padded to 19 digits. This column does not contain value of query parameter mid from the server call as it is. In case some mcvisid values are missing, most likely the server call did not fire or was not successful. This value remains same for a unique visitor using same browser unless cookies are cleared hence, there could be multipl...
