Our production data was sent to our dev report suite and we wanted to copy that data from one report suite to another. Any tips?

When I go to view traffic by marketing channel, the majority is falling into the "none" bucket. I have the marketing channel and processing rules configured but still, this is occurring. Any thoughts on why?  

My developer implemented the track action fsbp.app.event.cta in the code and I am trying to set up tracking to send it to event 1. Where do I set up the processing rule for that?
