Hello,Every step of the way we have been encountering errors here. We
are trying to export a list of customers that have both received and
opened a Welcome email. We can query the data in both the Recipients and
Tracking Log tables, but we cannot seem to intersect the audience and
the Export activity does not seem to do anything. Any help with how to
approach this problem?Thank you, in advance.
Hello to everyone in this community - When we make updates to email
templates (such as a change to a subject line, for example), we do not
see these changes get reflected to the emails or workflows that are
built off of the said template. We need to remove the email from the
work flow and add it back in to get all of the updated attributes from
the updated template.When we have 16+ workflows all using the same
template, we need to update each of the emails/workflows individually to
get the lates...
Basically, we are looking to build an API that accesses a 3rd party API
and pulls in customer data. This data would be recipient data and we
would like to create a basic workflow that then deploys a "welcome"
email. How would we go about setting this up? Thank you, in advance!
