Hi,Thanks for your suggestion, I believe that environment path was not set correctly and its working now.I have executed the "C:\Adobe\Adobe LiveCycle ES4\pdfg_config\Acrobat_for_PDFG_Configuration.bat" batch file and bounce the server and it worked.Thanks,Tejraj
