There is no "include" field in the launcher properties, so I don't know which include you mean. There is a path, but this listen only on nodes, not on attributes. Also there are conditions, but they these only check states, not changes on attributes. As I allready mentioned, a RegEx in the exclude list is exactly what I needed.

This is NOT the answer that helps me. I don't know why it's marked as the answer. I figured out what helps: the exclude list can contain regular expressions. So a regular expression which fits for all expect my own value is what I needed.

Thank you for your answers. The asset picker is not what I need, because I don't want to pick assets 😉And I'm talking about the workflow launcher. Sorry that I did not clarify that. The conditions don't help, because the conditions only check the current status of a value. What I need is some kind of status has changed launcher.I believe there is nothing OOTB, that provide something like that, so I think only an exclude-list could do the job (not perfect, but close to it). Have a look to this:I ha...

List of all possible attributes under the node metadata for assets

Hello, I need a list all possible attributes under the node metadata for assets. There is some kind of an overview in the documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-64/assets/administer/metadata.html), but I need really all possible values. If you wonder why: I need them for an exclude list for a launcher. The launcher should only listen to one attribute under metadata. Since there is no include list, I have write down all attributes in that exclude list. Or does any...

Betreff: 2 fields that generate values for another field

Hi @Mayank_Gandhi, the country list is defined, the department list "grows". It means, the customer wants to change the values at any time. So the emails are configured also by the customer and only the customer knows, which country/department leads to which email. That's why this can't be resolved by developers (of course it can if the values are defined and not variable). But please describe what comes into your mind. I am very interested. Regards, Maik

Hi, we don't have any experience with AEM Forms, but we thought, this could be the tool to solve a task for a customer. He want's to have 2 dropdown fields, which are connected together:This is the first problem: the values of Department should change if the country is changed. This MAY could be resolved with a huge list of departments, which are hidden and only the one, that is related to a country, will get visible. But I really don't think that this is best practice. The second (bigger) proble...

@dgordon86 thank you for your answer. We researched a little by ourself and we found this documentation: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-64/developing/platform/templates/page-templates-editable.html Adobe recommend using the anonymous user. This user is part of the everyone group, so I think both solutions are capable. Have a nice time.Best, Maik

Hello all, we have custom templates and polices in our project deployed to "/conf/customProject/settings/wcm/templates" and "/conf/customProject/settings/wcm/policies". The problem is, that on the publisher the policies don't work, because of the deny jcr:all for everyone on the conf-folder. So we need to add 2 ACLs:This works perfectly for us, but we don't know if there are any side effects or if there is not a better user (maybe a system user) for this issue. Does anyone have the same issue an...

Hi guys, we wonder how to delete versions of Assets or Pages, which are already deleted. We tried the different purge tools, but none of them delete versions of deleted assets or pages. I know that this is a feature of a version, to get old (or deleted) content back. But I don't believe that there is no option or possibility to explizit delete versions of deleted content. Any ideas or hints? Regards, Maik

Hello everybody,we wan't to add an additional web rendition to our assets, which we made trough a new flow in the workflow "DAM Update Asset".We chose the flow "Create Web Enabled Image" and this works for new assets.Of course we wan't to add the new rendition to all existing assets. I thought that this could be done with "Start Workflow" with that workflow and then choosing the right path to the dam.But nothing happens. No one of the existing assets are affected. When I look into http://host:por...
