I'm looking for a way to have a workflow starts when a file gets uploaded from FTP.    Is this possible? We have a file that randomly populates, and we can't control the timing of when it gets uploaded. 

Figured it out! I just need to have my segment activity set as a temporary DB and have it look at the reconciliation activity.

So I can get that far, but I'm stuck with what activity to use to recognize it's different and change the flag... I might be going about this the wrong way.    This is what I have so far when I'm testing this.

Is there a way to update the no longer contact flag when the email address gets updated? We currently have a process where if a customer bounces we notify them to update their email address. When they do update their email address during the import the email address updates but the no longer contact...

Does the number of records match what you use to see? It look like you might want to deduplicate the records before or after the reconciliation task.

We are looking for a way to have our emails certified for legal purposes. Does anyone have a solution while using ACS?   We have looked at a few vendors, and they don't think they can't connect with ACS.    Any help will be appreciated. 

I'm trying to look at the amount of bounces that are coming from a certain group of customers that are in a subscription service.   How many in our Paperless subscribers have bounced.
