Hi @rahul234dabas ,   Coud you please check if the path is present in "/content/dam/psg/hydro/listofChemicals.json" this needs to be replicated.   Post you need to allow "'/content/dam/psg/hydro/listofChemicals.json" file regex in dispatcher refer doc  

Was your user able to see AEM when going to https://experience.adobe.com/? In order to fix this, you would need to have the Org claim the domain, for ex: abc.com.
