Rohit, That's right, I logged out, cleared cache and logged back in and that didn't work. All 3 organizations are configured to the same login, not a different email.  Can you offer more direction for using the "Power BI Service on the web"? Where is this? Can you share some screenshots?

Hi All, I raised this with Adobe client care, went back and forth until they finally said it's not a bug and said to raise it with my Account Rep. My Adobe account rep advised that it's a known issue and they will resolve in an upcoming release. Pain in the @$$
