Hi Greeshma,What Jon meant was, are all the recipients of the delivery in the Sent state or some of them in the Pending state? Secondly, the mta is required so please confirm if the mta service running?We see the same issue but for our triggered emails (Message Center) where the recipients appear in Sent or Ignored state on RT but Pending on the marketing instance. -Harshal

Thanks Cedric, as this is certainly helpful. However, the Heatmap feature crashes and is about to be fixed in upcoming releases. Even if we agree the underlying runwf process doesn't run (with a Wait activity), the temp tables (workflow or delivery) will continue to be held by the tool, innit? So, some resources continue to be consumed and can be released.

Hiya, We have that package installed. However, it only provides you with what is currently running on your DB server (innit?). Moreover, it won't list if your workflow is waiting (via Wait activity) and with every refresh, it'll flush out those that have completed and list down only the ones currently running. -wALF

Hi all, We have already established that having too many Wait activities (waiting for 1+ hour) in multiple workflows can leave the underlying runwf process running unnecessarily on the server thus taking a hit on performance. With that in mind, I'm trying to search for workflows that ran for too long, say 4 hours eg: it started at say 10:00 and finished at 14:00. Hi Jon & Craig, Totally agree that we need a pre-prod region and that no testing/build activity should be performed on Prod. But that's how we are, without a pre-prod region. Given the situation we're in (and in general, for all other customers too), don't you think having the ability to limit records flowing from 1 box to the other, be helpful? As for saving the interim results, trust me, we have always encouraged users to not make use of this but end users are end users 🙂 -wALF

They also confirmed this is the behaviour observed with other customers too and that this is the expected behaviour. Adobe also confirmed that logs aren't referred by end customers so, the support teams provide them with prior days' logs, once a request has been raised. That's right. We carry out the partial DB vacuuming almost every month and it really helps. However, DB vacuuming is more like 'disk fragmentation' of Windows and I doubt if it would drop such unwanted temp tables.

We are hosted on ACC v7 build 8894. We have observed that, the transitions that spawn out of a Fork, are executed in the sequence specified and not concurrently. This means if a workflow has a Fork spawning 25 transitions, all these 25 transitions will only execute sequentially and not concurrently. For some reason, when I go to the Home tab and click on Monitoring, I can't seem to view the web (web@default), mta (mta@default) etc. logs for the previous days. Hello all,There's 2 ways to creating a List.1) via workflow and dragging a List Update button2) in the List page, clicking New icon and choosing New list... When the small pop-up window opens, there's a List Type dropdown that has List and Group as the 2 values. In our case, this drop down is disabled. Sorry for a very naïve question, but how do you know if you're on AC Classic or AC Standard version? I tried going to the About page but it only showed me the version & build of the client console and the application server.
