@lk08 getAdministrativeResourceResolver(null), is a deprecated way of getting resource resolver and will not work anymore. So please follow the method nikhil has mentioned

After 6.5 upgrade , I also saw the log in option not available in CRX/DE .

@Amish1 Is this related to Adobe Experience Manager ? I found this https://helpx.adobe.com/coldfusion/api-manager/throttling-and-rate-limiting.html which seems to be related to cloud fusion .  

@jayv25585659 I am not sure what exactly you want to add and how your content is structured , but still if you ask me what I would do in such a scenario is to write some script ( a one time ) an insert the content to the required pages. But it depends totally on where you want to insert the content ...

 git config --system core.longpaths true . Normally whenever I faced this issue, running the above command helped ThanksVeena

Agree with @Albin_Issac . dispatcher-Apache2.4-xxx is not available for windows. You have to use the Linux version
