Re: High load due to ContentMirrorStoreStrategy? - Adobe Experience Manager 02-08-2017
Hi,I would recommend you to log daycare tickets for both of these issues and get official support. I think, this needs investigation and analysis on your setup not possible for forum discussion. Regards,Varun

Re: High load due to ContentMirrorStoreStrategy? - Adobe Experience Manager 01-08-2017
Use Lucene Sling Event index instead of using event.job.topic property index. Event.job.topic property index is very slow.It seems that you still have event.job.topic property index in place. Your query is traversing even when it uses event.job.topic index since it has way too many entries. Property indexes are not very performant if you are indexing a lot of nodes. When you have slingeventJob lucene index, then you would need to remove that property slingevent:job from nodetype index. You would h...

Hi, If you are having issues only on windows 10 laptops. Then See https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-3/release-notes/known-issues.html#Rich Text Editor On Windows 10 laptops in Chrome for AEM 6.2, The Chrome flag 'Enable Touch Events' under 'chrome://flags/' must be set to 'Disabled' to avoid breaking various functionalities of RTE.For FirefoxType about:config in your browser and click the accept buttonSearch for dom.w3c_touch_events.enabledPlease set it to 0, to disable it.

Re: How do I raise a support ticket - Adobe Experience Manager 13-07-2017
Reading the problem statement - Looks like NPR-14742: Hotfix for CQ-74439 has introduced a regression. It is not clear what CFP are you on?This issue was fixed in AEM 6.1 SP2 CFP6. Did you try with latest CFP i.e CFP10 available?Adobe Experience Manager Help | Release Notes: AEM 6.1 Cumulative Fix Pack

Re: How do I raise a support ticket - Adobe Experience Manager 13-07-2017
Do you have access to daycare? It looks like no. You can drop an email to cuscare@adobe.com to get daycare access granted to be able to log tickets. Please see Accessing the AEM Support Portal For now, could you briefly summarize your issue?

Re: how to get AEM jar - Adobe Experience Manager 21-06-2017
You can download AEM 6.3 from daycare portal if you have access to daycare.https://daycare.day.com/home/products/cq_wcm/aem-63.html An official way to get a software is to download it from LWS [1]. If it is not listed on Licensing website, best would be to contact them. Details below. Please keep in mind that only certain people from an account can access LWS and download the product with a license. When signing a contact, a buyer submits a main contact to Adobe so afterwards only main contact c...

Re: How to specify lucene renidex frequency - Adobe Experience Manager 16-05-2017
Hi Venkat,There is no such property to define re-index frequency. Why do you want to reindex a particular lucene index in any kind of frequency. Reindexing can cause you major downtime since if the index is getting reindexed then the query related to that index would keep traversing through repository.Thanks.
