XFA forms (forms created with LiveCycle or AEM Form Designer), can be created to be accessible but do not leverage tags in the PDF like static PDF forms created with Acrobat. As XFA forms are typically saved as dynamic PDFs, everytime a user interacts with the form and a new section might get added or removed, the tags would have to be regenerated. As such, it was not feasible to use PDF Tags for accessibility. Instead, Adobe supports MSAA (.Microsoft Active Accessibility - Wikipedia). Tools lik...

I wish it did but of course, I am able to post feedback here from the AIR application, just not in the LiveCycle ES Forums. It seems rather odd.

I just attempted to post in the LiveCycle forum and received an error #2032. Any ideas what that means?

I just loaded version 1.6 of the Enterprise Cafe application and it told me there was a new version of the AIR runtime so I downloaded it. Then I was told that there was a version 1.7 of the Enterprise Cafe application so I downloaded it (quite slow), but it would not install and it said to contact the developer so I am 🙂Any ideas as to what is happening?

I currently am a member of the Adobe LiveCycle Developers forums on Google and there is a wealth of information stored there that would be quite useful. I believe that Duane Nickull is the owner of the group (http://groups.google.com/group/livecycle).Dave

LiveCycle is known by a few different things. LiveCycle ES1 was knowns as version 8.0 and LiveCycle ES2 is known as version 9.0. Version 9.1 is actually a service pack for LiveCycle ES2. If you like, I would look at the What's new document for LiveCycle ES2 so you can see what is different in that release (http://www.adobe.com/go/learn_lc_whatsNew_9).

I have seen this issue if you are using the default renderer with an XDP. If you save your file as a PDF and stay with the default renderer, things should start working.
