@Manu_Mathew_  Yes, actually I figured out the issue, I was putting digits inside the /conf/ folder name. so It was getting corrupted.

@Manu_Mathew_  All the bundles are active and there's no error in the error.log as well, I tried re-building and creating the new project as well, but the issue still persists.
