Radio buttons not printing properly - Adobe LiveCycle 16-06-2010
Hi, I've created a form with lots of radio button groups throughout. The button style for each radio button is set at "default". When filling out the form, an "X" appears in the selected button box. When printing the form a "\" appears in the box, not the "X". Has anyone had this problem and is there a fix? Thanks!

How do I activate "Save As" upon closing a document - Adobe LiveCycle 02-03-2010
I've created several forms that I placed on a shared network drive & intranet for people to use. After the user fills out the form, they can then print it using the print button on the form. When they close out of the form, a box opens and asks them if they "want to save the changes before closing - yes, no, cancel". If they select "yes", their changes save in the current form so when the next user opens the form, it's populated with the previous users information. What I need to happen is when ...

clearing fields - script - Adobe LiveCycle 13-07-2009
I need help with a script. Basically: form filler checks a box, a subset of fields appear for form filler to complete. If form filler changes their mind and unchecks the box, the subset of fields disappear but information entered does not clear. I need to clear all information entered when checkbox is unchecked. Thanks!

Re: Cannot type on form after receiving it via email - Adobe LiveCycle 22-06-2009
No, there are no signature fields on the form. The fields are text fields.

Cannot type on form after receiving it via email - Adobe LiveCycle 22-06-2009
After form filler completes the form, it is then emailed to the appropriate people using the "email" button. This is working great. It comes thru as a PDF and even those with only the Reader can complete and email the form. The recipients of the form need to add information to the bottom (date received, number assigned, etc.) and email it back to the originator for their files. My problem is that the recipients cannot type on the form after they receive it. How do I resolve this?

Message Box Issue - Adobe LiveCycle 09-06-2009
I've set up message boxes on my form to notify users when they do not enter information in the correct format. This part works fine, the boxes are popping-up with the respective messages. But, after the user clicks the "OK" button in the message box, it populates the field with the incorrectly entered text and then moves onto the next field. I would like it so that once the user clicks "OK", it clears the incorrectly entered information and the cursor remains in the field so that the user can re...

drop-down boxes - Adobe LiveCycle 03-06-2009
I created a form that contains multiple drop-down boxes. My form fillers are telling me that some of the drop-down boxes are too large, too many choices. They asked that I filter the data. For example, if the form filler selects "A" from the first drop-down box, they want to see only those options related to "A" in the 2nd drop-down box. If they select "B" from the first box, they want to see only those options related to "B" in the 2nd drop-down box, etc. As you can probabaly tell, I am not a p...
