Seems that you are missing the AppMeasurement.js library. Are you sure it is loaded correctly? Do you include your scripts async, maybe your rule is fired before the AppMeasurement is available.

Are you using a ContextHub Data Element to read out this property? AFAIK these only get initialized when the script loads.When and how are you sending the beacon? This looks like the Analytics extension itself. Here you don't have events. You need to create a Rule in the rule tab, and use Actions there. I don't have time now to search for the tutorial video, but there is one where each step is explained.
