When I had a similar issue, I changed the date format and it was resolved.
I have updated the format like this
Date : YYYY-mm-dd (2022-10-14)
DateTime:2022-10-17T09:39:31.019278Z

Desc: Parsing errors occured when converting ot validating the data. Enable error diagnostics and ingest data again to preview or download an error log.
