Currently, (Sept 2015) you can use DPS 2015 to create apps for iPad and iPhone, Android phones and tablets and Windows 8.1. Later this fall we will extend this to allow you to create Web apps that work in a browser. This is available today in the DPS classic platform.

You would create and host your login/sign-up form outside of the application and then link to it using a banner card.

The DPS configurator is for creating custom storefronts and libraries for use in DPS classic. Cards and Layouts in DPS 2015 offers similar flexibility with a lot of additional options for displaying articles and collections.

Those Adobe IDs need to be added to your project in the DPS portal. Once you sign in go to the users tab. You must have a project created first, otherwise you will have nothing to add your users to.

Please note that the Drupal and WordPress plugins are being developed/managed by a 3rd party (DPS development partners) and not Adobe. At the moment, you would need to package the fonts separately for the article and reference them in the HTML. We are working on ways to eliminate this duplication.
