  • Hi Malcolm,I'm running on Acrobat X 10.1.2. If you open the form, there is an icon of paperclip (top left corner). If you click on this icon, you'll see a pdf named: error.pdf. There you can see the error.This error.pdf is created when the form is generated.Kind regards,Niels
