You can set up a filter (for unassigned you'll need to click on the carat next to the words and then the filter icon should appear.  For assigned work it the filter icon is to the right of the words.  You can set up a filter for project status not equal to dead or on hold to filter those out.

You can use fusion to fill in that information from the data on the custom form.  If it's just one portfolio/project sponsor, you could create a template for it.

We also need to see these new custom decisions read correctly when a decision is made and not default to the original decision naming. If this cannot be done, we need to be allowed to enter new custom decisions and allow us to turn off the existing out of the box decisions.
