Hi Arun,It's possible that scheduler doesn't support HTML format. But, in that case, it's a bug.The option to select HTML is available in the user interface, and the documentation doesn't mention any unsupported format for FTP specifically. It means that this behavior isn't expected.

I am trying to schedule a report delivery using FTP and HTML format:But every time I receive the message:I double checked the FTP server config and there is nothing wrong in receive HTML format.Is this a bug?
