Hi, thanks for your response @Arun_Patidar ! If I were to use the Coral3 resource type, would all the components have to be Coral3 resources? (I've been using AEM for a few months so relatively new!) Here is the xml:

Hi,I have an AEM component in which I'm trying to add two nested multifields. The component has two variations that are chosen with a drop down menu under "Choose Variation" (Image-Text Listing and Document Listing). Each variation contains a nested multifield. The Image-Text Listing renders correctly in the authoring UI: https://ibb.co/DYBySjf However, when you select the Document Listing variation from the drop down menu, it renders incorrectly in the authoring UI like this: https://ibb.co/qkM...

Hi Garima,Thanks so much for your reply! Can you clarify "This Exclusion Cause means that those many email addresses were already targeted once and were encountered again while sending Delivery." My understanding is that the query targets a fixed number of users. Why would they be encountered again while sending the delivery? Thanks!Danny

I also just tested sending an email using Litmus's spam analysis tool and it confirmed that "We have detected your message does NOT include a List-Unsubscribe header."

Hi Pablo,Thanks for your reply! It looks like the unsubscribe link is showing up in gmail after all (just because I have it in the footer of the email): Here is my code for the opt out link at the bottom of the email:<% if( document.mode != 'forward' ) { %>You've received this email because you are part of <%@ value object='branding' xpath='@publicLabel' %>’s email list. If you wish to unsubscribe, pleaseclick here.<%}%>Would having a second opt out link at the top as well help? I figure also I s...

Hi,I'm having some trouble with my gmail emails marking my ACS sends as spam. I'm using Return Path to get information on inbox placement, and it mentioned that gmail inbox placement rate is suffering because there is no "mailto List-Undsubscribe header" in the email. How does one implement this header in ACS?Thanks so much!Danny Diaz

Hi,I'm experiencing some difficulty with the anti-spam analysis tool.I'm not sure what HTML_FONT_LOW_CONTRAST means since the sentence isn't complete. Also there's a rule below that doesn't even have a name...I'm fairly sure the problem is in the footer:Since when I take it out both errors goes away. Although oddly enough, only when I take this footer away is a NEW spam flag raised:I've had plenty of (small) remote images before and this flag wasn't raised. Best practice is to have ZERO remote i...

Hi Garima,Thanks for looking into this! That's good to know that it could still set off spam flags even if it's a score of 0.0. I'll tweak the copy. Thanks again!Danny

Hi,I had a question about the anti-spam analysis tool in ACS. For a fundraising email I'm creating, it specifies a dollar amount we'd like to raise (in the thousands). When I click preview, the anti-spam analysis tool says the following:It's flagging that there's money mentioned in the body of the email, but it assigns a score of 0.0 to it. What's the point of this / is it worth adjusting the copy in the email? Thanks a lot!Danny Diaz-Etchevehere

Hi Vipul,Thanks a lot for your detailed response! Sorry I should have mentioned before that I'm using Adobe Campaign Standard. Does that impact any of your points #1-8? 1. Can you clarify what an MTA node / MTA server is?2. For ACS, are the sending IPs already determined?4. Do you have any suggestions on how to clean up my database of profiles to remove spam trap addresses?5. Can you elaborate a bit more by what you mean "Send email in waves"? I know that when I send an email to hundreds of thou...

Hi Lucas,I'm not sure I understand completely. I should have also mentioned I'm using Adobe Campaign Standard. I do have typology rules applied (e.g. to filter out people who have unsubscribed or people who have not opened an email in 6 months). Also for my usage of ACS, I don't have anyone replying to the emails. So in that case, is there any consequence to sending out a mass email to 700k users at once? Thanks for your help!Danny

Hi,I was wondering, is there a maximum number of profiles that should receive a single send of a delivery? Or is there a recommended limit to the number of people that should receive a delivery in one send? (e.g. 200k, 300k, etc.) I'm just concerned that if sending out an email to say, 600k people at once, there may be challenges with deliverability. Thanks a lot!Danny Diaz
