It seems that there was an xml error in our config file. If there is spacing in front of users in the User Mapper Service config, it will break after adding a new service user. I had the error quite frequently, and I haven't had such an issue anymore after trimming the space. Or it can be luck.   

Forget about it. All of a sudden it starts working.

Hi all, Is there any setting that can unlock the number of assets on the right panel of the authoring page? I figure that our panel only shows 20 of the assets. It doesn't pull the assets after reaching the bottom of the panel. Thanks, -kt

The issue is that the JDK somehow can't load the ssl certificate, can be certificate location or format issue.
