Hi there,Hiding columns can get a little tricky due to how data is stored within a table regarding columns...The reason why your column automatically resize to 0.7" is because of the order of columns and the order of widths per column. If you have a look at your table property columnWidths within the XML, you can see how the columns are split with space between each other. Now because you have hidden column 1 and column 2, the first column visible remains 0.7".. so you would have to handle this p...

I have figured out that I really don't require the checkbox to be Calculated - User Can Override status. Now I've added an app.alert on the Click Event that displays my required message.Thank you for the response.

Thanks for your comments. I am glad to help. We were all learners at some stage. I am still learning things now You can make the console show automatically when errors are thrown - In Acrobat, go to Edit > Preferences and in the Javascript options check this box (below).

Good job in figuring it out.You can also reference an object by using this.resolveNode. Using this, the form will search from top down for the first instance that matches. I have found there are times where a code isn't working for me and when i add the code it then works. Usually happens when working in a table. I usually just resolveNodes anyway now days just to save problems later. It isnt always required and depends on the size of your form.eg: Page5.Table4Sec3_1.Table4Sec3_1_Row3.cbNV3.rawV...
