Email submit does not launch Outlook which is set as default client - Adobe LiveCycle 04-02-2013
I designed a form in Adobe LiveCycle and added an Email Submit Button. When I saved the finished form as a PDF and clicked the Email Submit button to test the form (after filling it) it returned an error as follows: "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client". My default email client is Microsoft Outlook 2010. Meanwhile when i click on other mail to links elsewhere, ev...

Submit By Email Doesn't Launch Outlook 2010 as Default Mail Client, though Outlook is properly set a - Adobe LiveCycle 05-06-2012
A form designed in LiveCycle Designer with a Submit By Email button, doesn't launch Outlook 2010 (Standard Edition) when clicked, although Outlook is properly configured as Default Mail Client. Checked with Microsoft and followed all proper steps yet the button doesn't invoke Outlook onClick. However, Outlook is launched if a link or html button, set to the mailto syntax is clicked. Is this a PDF form issue for LiveCycle or is there something I am missing? Please any ideas?

Why doesn't Submit By Email button launch Microsoft Outlook 2010 - Adobe LiveCycle 05-06-2012
Microsoft Outlook 2010 Standard Edition doesn't launch even though set as Default Mail Client when Submit By Email button is clicked in PDF Form designed in life cycle. What's up? Assume default mail client is properly configured and registry is checked and fixed for any errors. Still Outlook doesn't launch. Microsoft doesn't say much about this; is this a LiveCycle problem? Thanks
