Preaching to the choir. We moved everyone to NWE last year because we felt it best to all-in ahead of the looming cutoff date so we can start figuring out workarounds and get tickets and feature requests in.

We do the same as Tracy; requests are converted to projects and the requester gets no access to said project except when explicitly given by the planner on an object-by-object basis.

I have an idea, but it is clunky (using a CONCAT field, then a calculated field using CONTAINS); I want to see if the Community has something easier or more direct.

Basically the same as @Heidi Stephenson‚, but we still have people who enter all their time at the end of the week or even the end of the pay period.
