Hi Tristan,When I try to download the WSDL from https://myserver/nl/jsp/schemawsdl.jsp?schema=xtk:session , I got the XML format opened in the browser instead of downloading WSDL file. Do you need to convert XML to WSDL?Thanks,Jay

Thanks everyone.1. My server is on-premise, won't have access to the control panel.2. I created an user account from client console and added my computer IP to the "list of trusted IP mask" under Security setting", do I still need to whitelist my computer IP in serverConf.xml?3. I think jyotiy43907700 is right, I need to whitelist my server URL in this URL http://serverURL/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp.This is the sample code I found online, does anyone know if the below code needs to be modified? Hi,I was trying to use Logon method instead of static token (MC/password) provided by Adobe for messaging center, I got the 403 Forbidden and XSV-350012 Invalid login or password when I use SOAP UI for the testing. According the Adobe document below, it seems like the server URL https://serverURL/nl/jksp/soaprouter.jsp needs to be white-listed in the url permissions section of the serverconf.xml file. I am confused, I thought my computer IP need to be white-listed in the security zone area in se...

Thank you so much Jon! I tried your code, when I tested the French version of the form, like https://mysite.com/webApp/webform?lang=fr, it still shows the English link, http://englishsite11.com/. I assume this will work when user's computer locale set to a French location? Thanks Again. Jason

Hi Jon,Thanks for you help, I think this works great for this case. However, most of the time, English and French URL will be totally different. Case 1 hyperlink:Learn moreI'd like to translate the URL above from http://englishsite11.com/ to http://frenchsite22.comCase 2 image link:I'd like to translate https://www.englishsite11.com/ to http://frenchsite22.com/ and translate from https://englishsite11.com/logoEN.jpg to https://frenchsite22.com/logofr.jpg Thanks in advance!Jason

Hi Somasundaram,Thanks for sending this over. I wonder how you get to see the "Recipient" from the Available fields. I only see the Real time events fields below. It seems like you linked RT event table to the Recipient table? If so, How did you link these two tables? Thanks,

Hi Jyoti,When I use <%= rtEvent.ctx.firstName %>, it works as the first name stored in CTX. However I have extended the RT event table and added the first name field, so I guess the syntax will be <%= rtEvent.firstName %>, the following is the code I used, but the first name is not populated in HTML email. Hi,It's surprising that there is no First name and last name field from RT event table. So I decided to extend the RT event table by adding First name and Last name field to map the data from the SOAP API. I don't want to map the data from CTX as it's difficult to export the CTX data to CSV .I used <%= rtEvent.firstName %> in HTML to populate the first name from SOAP call, however, when I receive the email, it says this field is "undefined". Has anyone has successfully populated the fields from ...

Hi, Has anyone used "unsubscribe" link in the message center email? I tried inserting an "unsubscribe" link, however the email can't be delivered. If this is doable, where does unsubscribed emails store in the database? If someone unsubscribes from the Transactional Message email, does the unsubscribe apply for the specific email (event type) only or globally? Please advise. Thanks,Jason

Hi,I have a business case that need to send out the new subscriber on a daily basis. I am thinking to use the Incremental query to send email to new subscribers only. I wonder after one or two years later, will it slow down the workflow as it will need to find the new subscribers every time when the workflow runs. Are there any downside using Incremental query? Will it be easier just to use regular query and set subscriber create day = today? Thanks,Jason

Hi,I understand that Non-SQL field can not be used for filtering or sorting. Can it be used as a condition in the workflow? And adding Non-SQL doesn't need to modify the physical structure of the database. It seems this is a better way to add a field without breaking the recipient table. Please advise what is the best practice to add fields. Thanks,Jason

I see. Are you trying to do this all in one workflow? Will it be easier to have one workflow for each deployment. 1st workflow will be used for 1st email sent to the new recipients who just joined. 2nd workflow will be used to send the 2nd email 7 days after the 1st email. 3rd workflow will be used to send the 3rd email 7 days after the 2nd email is sent? Thanks,Jason

Hi,I'd like to create a automate trigger that send out three series of emails to the same recipients. For instance. Thanks David. I am not quite sure about the name of "mySchema". I don't use any custom schema. so I think my scheme is nms:recipient. So I replaced the below myscheme to nms:recipient?var language = "EN"; xtk.session.Write();I tested it above code, it didn't work. Could you please let me know if there is error in the above code? Thanks again.ED

Hi, I created a subscription form which contains first name and email address only. I want to add a hidden field "language" and have it's default value set to "EN", however, the value "EN" didn't pass to the recipient table after submission. This is my current workflow for the web form. Is this possible to use the JavaScript to pass the language field = "EN" to the recipient table using the workflow below, and what is the JavaScript code? Thanks,ED
