Yes I can,When I am working on my computer that i have designed the form on, and I am testing the submission of the form, I have no problems with the file name of the form changing when it is submitted (attached to the email). However, when someone else uses my form for and I ask them to submit it, the form gets attached to the email with a completely different name like i mentioned earlier. So I suppose my question is, how do i prevent the form name from changing when it is submitted or is ther...

When it is added as an attachment to someone elses computer, the file completely changes its name to something encripted like the above. Is that normal? and is there a way around it?

Ahhh yessss thats it! thank you once again.If i want to add a phone number to the subject line I also add form1.p1.subuserinformation.phonenumber.rawValue right?But if i want to keep the formatting to be (555) 555-5555 how do I do that? haha sorry.

Hi, your simplified script works but can you tell me what I did wrong with your more complicated one? Im just curious why it wasnt workingI got the message body to display correctly with what I want, however, the subject line won't work. Is there a scrip that will display the form version as I have entered into the form properties?I see that there is a viewer version and it says "10.003"But i want the form version to display. so the first form would be form version 1.

I have a few fields on my form that i want to combine and create a message and subject line from. The fields are FirstName and LastNameUsing those two i want a subject saying something like 'this is a completed form frofirstName+lastNameAnd something similar to a message on the email. As well as cc their email so they get a copy of the formIs this possible
