It means you have to write your Javascript code in a way that uses the APIs if you are attempting to use touch in your HTML. If you’re in Dreamweaver or Muse you’d need to include the APIs and then use them.Neil
When this happens it is because your page is trapping the touch events so the viewer can't get them and react. You'll need to change your HTML so the javascript isn't capturing all the touch events. If you need to use touch events in your page you should integrate the DPS touch APIs.Neil
Ok. You should call enterprise support for assistance with this, they’ll be able to walk through it and figure out what’s going on. You can find support info by logging into the dashboard at publish.adobe.com and clicking on the Support link in the left list of tabs.Neil
Bundle IDs and certificates don’t affect content download. Do you have a current DPS license or are you a trial customer? Knowing that will help me understand the best way to get you further assistance.Neil

Can you please post a screenshot of your content dashboard with the project name visible and your top-level collections expanded? One other thing to check is that you’re actually previewing the right project in Android.Neil
Hi Steve,Did you create a project with two top-level collections, one for phone and one for tablets? My guess is you're testing on an Android phone and it's loading the phone TLC which you haven't put any content in.Neil
The sign in problem was iOS only and wouldn't let you sign in at all. If you see a page saying you don't have access to any projects then you don't have access to any projects. You need to make sure you're signing in with the same Adobe ID you're using to create the content in the dashboard.Neil
