  • By saying "its consistent" I mean that its the same difference regardless of whether there is a segment applied or not. Without any segments, AND using out-of-box basic KPIs there is still a discrepancy of 20+% in YOY numbers. It makes absolutely no sense.

  • I would expect them to stay the same as well, which is why its so troublesome to me. I always pull the same time frames (entire month), and typically pull them on the 15th or so of the month after to allow data processing or random issues to sort of settle down. (Example: Ill pull stats for May on t...

  • Hi, on average Im seeing a 20-27% difference when re-running year over year reports. For example, when I ran a report in May of 2017 Adobe said I had 100,000 visitors, however when I RE-RAN the month of May 2017 in May of 2018, it said I had 80,000 visitors in May 2017. This discrepancy is across al...

  • Hi!I recently implemented 2 new suites (for new sites) in my Adobe Analytics account, but for some reason they arent receiving page views? All other standard traffic metrics such as visits, visitors, bounce rate, etc. are working fine, however every day has 0 page views on both suites. Using Dynamic...

  • Our company (company A) monitors the web analytics for our sister brands as well, and at a certain point in the user journey they travel into the application side/essentially cross domain. Our parent company (Company B) then sees the user finish the process in their Adobe Omniture set up (Different ...

  • My initial thought was that part of the CID was being stripped and simply leaving the 4 number value, as well. That seems to be the most obvious answer, however when searching the CID database for "1617" (or any of the 4 numbered CIDs) it doesn't populate any results, which makes me think something ...

  • If I break it down by original entry page, I get a list of several pages on the site, all of them with click-throughs. Breaking it down by Pages gives me an even longer list. If I break it down by Campaign Landing Page it comes back as Unspecified. Im not exactly sure how I would correlate it with t...

  • Adobe Analytics is the tool. We use a proprietary tool to build the CIDs that we attach to URLs (similar to the Google UTM builder). The proprietary tool keeps a database of all created tracking codes, but none of the random 4 number codes are in the database so I dont believe they were made there a...

  • Hi!I've recently noticed a discrepancy between data in Ad Hoc Analysis (Fallout Report) and the corresponding page view metric in Reports (custom event1). Its a substantial difference, varying by a count of close to 10,000. Ive made sure to deselect "count repeat instances" in the Ad Hoc Analysis se...
