Sambasivaraja, there are too many reasons why it might happen. Page info servlet collects information such ACL, page relates launches, workflows' payloads etc. You can review pageinfo.json response and compare it to a working AEM to determine what area is failing. I suggest opening a support case.

Text and value can be different. As such, if you have text as "Text 1" and value as "Value1 & value1" in a Touch UI it will presents Text1 and in JCR it will be  "Value1 & value1"
