Add the ability to show segment details within ReportBuilder reports
(just like the ability to include the date, metric name, etc.) We
recently switched to v15 and love the ability to add segments to
ReportBuilder reports. But there isn't any option for showing the
segment that was used within the ReportBuilder document. Within
ReportBuilder documents, items like the report name, metric name, date
range, etc. are all givens -- or at least they are pieces of information
that we can include or hid...
Please add a total line to Discover reports exported in .csv format.
When the same report is download as an Excel file, the totals are
present, so it's odd that the total line isn't included in the .csv
file. Keep in mind that oftentimes our reports are too large to download
all rows of data, thereby making it impossible to calculate the sum
using the downloaded file.
For a report like "Page Analysis", it would be helpful to be able to
graph the trend for only the report total. The current functionality is
limited to trending/ graphing only the top 5 pages. But, trending the
top 5 pages doesn't always make sense, especially for a site section
(such as the Newsroom) where the top 5 pages vary from month to month.
Since the new dashboards aren't available in Excel, we can't even open a
new dashboard in Excel to quickly add a graph that trends the total
Bot/ spider filtering is critical for data accuracy, but we found out
the hard way that this is not being done by Omniture. The cost to
implement this via a Vista rule was also a surprise. We requested that
Omniture recreate the filter that was previously available through HBX,
to no avail. In the end, we had to supply the bot/ spider list
ourselves. They made a short list available, but it was incomplete and
was not being updated. Omniture should be using the IAB spider/ bot list
(with regular ...
Can't tell you how many calls/ emails I've received from our user base
saying "I see that Omniture re-designed their site... it looks nice, but
I can't find the reports I usually run"... that's when I know they've
fallen into the 13.5 trap. Omniture - please give us the ability to
select the default version for our company. Or at least make v14 the
default for everyone, instead of 13.5.
