I'd like to be able to change the "referrer" string using processing rules for certain pages, so that this data does not persist/overwrite values in the referrers report and unified sources. I can create rules *based* on teh referrer, but not change it

Can we get rid of this "feature" of Discover: if I change the "Count Page Reloads" setting in Discover, the change affects all scheduled reports going out from my account. This means that I can't really change this setting without wildly throwing off any report that uses the metric "Page Views".

This hasn't been implemented. You only have this functionality for "Legacy Dashboards" not for new ones. Please add for new style Dashboards
