Make Scheduled Reports independent of the "Count Page Reloads" setting

Can we get rid of this "feature" of Discover: if I change the "Count Page Reloads" setting in Discover, the change affects all scheduled reports going out from my account. This means that I can't really change this setting without wildly throwing off any report that uses the metric "Page Views".
