Hi, The same applies for segments - these get dropped from the report when using a link under "Frequently Viewed" or "Report History". I just chatted to Customer Care on this one - they said it's by design and pointed me to this forum to suggest improving the UX. The majority of our users natural navigate in this way (making them prominent is a great feature of the new nav) but it causes a lot of extra work to re-apply segments, etc. Thanks all

I've heard that Click Map is now being developed, but it would be good to have more clarity on the timeline and features. This is pretty important for our user base and will be a factor in deciding which tool to go with next year. The above comment is from over a year ago - surely there is some progress? Thanks.

We certainly need a Cick Map update. Client Care have indicated this is being worked on, but it would be good to have more clarity on timeline and features. A lot of users across our organisation engage with this tool and we are now struggling to even access it as Firefox is restricted software. It's useful to the extent that access and features will be considered in our review of analytics tools for our next contract.

Currently, we can get device type and OS for mobile, but browser version is not supported. This would be helpful for reasons of mobile dev support on websites.

The ability to remove outliers from reports with revenue data. This is particularly important when measuring the impact of any A/B testing or MVT activity through Omniture reports, as average transaction values can easily become skewed by large instances. Currently this process requires a Data Warehouse export and manual filtering in Excel - a feature in SiteCatalyst/Discover would be a great time saver.
