Very key metric that our senior execitive want.  The Time spent report broken out by buckets (1-5 minutes, etc. ) is also useful but they also want plain old avg. time spent.

Yes, absolutely necessary, espcially for custom events!!!   We have a lot of users and it would be great to have a place to expaling the event and in what context it should be used.
