SAINT import works on already collected key values for the "Product" variable in this case. however Data sources lets you import such key values in reports for the Product variable or any other variable.

Hi ashokk260187,It seems to be an issue in the Product, we will raise it as a BUG with our Product Engineering Team, meanwhile as a workaround you can use option "Send File now" available "Share" section with in Workspace.

Hi,Correct it seems, you do not have access to create a calculated metrics, I would suggest you to kindly reach out to the Admin users of Analytics to get the access or have such calculated metrics created.

Hi,You need to create a new calculated metrics by clicking on "Add" button.Now you need to add a "Title" , "Description" and then drag and drop metrics "Page Views" and "Reloads" from the left "Components" panel and use a "subtract" operator between the two.Save the above create calculated metrics and then apply the same as metrics in reports.
