Error Downloading PDF Reports from Workspace

I am not able to download the PDF version of workspace dashboards. Anyone else facing the issue? Below is the error I am getting

Hi ashokk260187,

It seems to be an issue in the Product, we will raise it as a BUG with our Product Engineering Team, meanwhile as a workaround you can use option "Send File now" available "Share" section with in Workspace.

We have the same issue some times, do we have a timeplan when this should be fixed?
