AEM 6.1 SP2 - Fix Pack 11 - Permissions loss webbCBS - Adobe Experience Manager
I have recently deployed Fix Pack 11 to our AEM Test instance, running AEM 6.1 SP2 CFP 4.On this instance, there is a custom author group created, which assigned read, write, modify permissions to various nodes.Following deployment of the fix pack, it has been noticed that the permissions of this custom groups have been reset back to read only. The permissions of the out of the box author group however, seem unaffected.Has anyone else had this problem? Is this an expected consequence of deployin...

Restricting short search queries webbCBS - Adobe Experience Manager
Good morning. Is there any way to configure, either AEM or dispatcher out of the box, to restrict search queries, where the length of the search parameter is less than a specified value? For example search.html?q=1 would not search the repository, and possibly return a 403 error, whereas search.html?q=123 would search as normal and return a 200 responseMany thanks in advance

Re: 404 responses when dispatcher calls publisher on secure port webbCBS - Adobe Experience Manager
Issue turned out to be incorrect application configuration in /etc/map/https. redirecting requests to the wrong location.

Re: Changing custom runmodes when cloning environments webbCBS - Adobe Experience Manager
Hi.Thanks both for your quick responses.I think however that I have answered my own question. In the system console config manager --> Apache Sling Resource Resolver factoryThe property "resource.resolver.map.location" was still set to /etc/map.publish.ut.Whether this value should automatically update, when the server is restarted with a new custom runmode, I do not know. However I have changed the value of this property to /etc/map.publish.dev and my application seems to now be working as expect...

Changing custom runmodes when cloning environments webbCBS - Adobe Experience Manager
Should it be possible to copy and AEM 6.1 publish instance between UAT and dev environments and have that instance pick up the target environment's config ?I have copied a publish instance back from UAT to a dev server. I then deleted the sling.id.file and reset the clusterid, using the oak-run tool, and have changed the custom runmode from UT to dev and finally started up the instance.Whilst the instance has seemingly started up ok, It appears to be still picking up some UT configuration rather...

Re: 404 responses when dispatcher calls publisher on secure port webbCBS - Adobe Experience Manager
Hi.Thank you for your quick response. I am still confused however, as to how this will help.My confusion stems from the fact, that if you make the request from a browserhttps:///content/mypage.html? Then the request succeeds. But the same request to https:///content/mypage.html results in the 404 error. When the request is made via the load balancer, you can see in the dispatcher servers access logs, the same GET request received, which previously succeeded. Thanks in advance for any help.

404 responses when dispatcher calls publisher on secure port webbCBS - Adobe Experience Manager
I appreciate that this question may be somewhat abstract, however I hope maybe someone has seen something similar and can offer a resolution? My infrastructure is set up as follows:F5 load balancer forwards requests to Apache version 2.4.6 configured with dispatcher version 4-4.1.12Dispatcher connects to AEM 6.1 SP2-CFP4 publish instance. Unsecured port 4503, SSL port 5434When the dispatcher.any file is configured to point to the unsecured 4503 port on the publish server, all valid requests, sent...
