My excel dashboard is no longer showing the reports from ReportBuilder used to obtain the data.  The data itself is still there but the reports are not.  There were about 20 reports in this dashboard. Is there a way to recover the Report Builder reports so I do not have to rebuild this entire dashbo...

What worked for me was resolving the mismatch between my x64 system and my x32 Excel. I think installing the latest Report Builder update back in December caused the mismatch to become a problem.Ultimately I upgraded my Excel to x64, and reinstalled the latest RB x64. Hope that helps.

I'm unable to open Report Builder in my Excel files using my usual company logo.  I'm able to access the web app just fine with the same credentials.
