the link you are following is for 6.5.It will not work for AEM Forms Cloud Service

For AEM forms cloud service it’s a little different to create your projectplease follow the documentation on creating AEM project for cloud service The way you generate documents on cloud service is different from AEM 6.5

There are API exposed that allow you to merge data with template on cloud servicerecommeded to use those API

I don’t think you  use that package on cloud service AEM formsTo use output service in AEM forms cs, you will have to make a post call to rest api to generate documents 

 

When you create your SharePoint List configuration in AEM Forms CS, create a FDM based on this data source and then you can use the invoke FDM step in workflow

Once you have setup form data model for share point you can use the invoke form data model step in workflow
