I am not sure, maybe it is being blocked for you.My other suggestion would be to check if this is the same issue you are facing on other network or system. If not i would suggest you to raise a support ticket for this.

Hi @instant_pomelo - Regarding tickbox are not selectable , this is how the UI of AEP is, you can't select the fields in the class selected. It just shows you the fields which are present in the Experience event class.

Hi @sandip_surse - As @nnakirikanti mentioned, could you please upload the request here and make sure the schemaid, datasetid, orgid are all correct.

It doesn't come in picture here, unless you want to forward events directly from source to destination extensions.

Hi @langNguyen - You need to have a developer access for accessing the tools here, since you are the system admin you just need to go to users in admin console, select your name, go to developer access and add the right tools there. Attaching screenshot for you reference.  

Hi @sukanyadas - One option could be to use scheduled queries, find out profiles with same email and different last names using queries, and then add a new flag in the dataset.
