This seems to be an issue if we use google SMTP. I tried with the settings of a fake smtp server and it worked fine.

Hello,We are trying to implement a signup process in a multisite multilanguage setup. The client wants to set up emails in different languages, have different text for different brands/sites. I have seen various blogs about the service but cannot find a way to implement this requirement.Any idea about how to use the service or is a completely custom implementation needed here.ThanksRuchi

We figured out the issue and thought I should share here just in case someone faces the same issue. We were using the wrong acMapping in the form page template:Make sure the acMapping property on the page's jcr:content node is set to mapRecipient or profile when using Adobe Campaign 6.1.x or Adobe Campaign Standard, respectivelyRe: Internal Adobe Campaign error: rc=-2003 while creating a profile

Hi all,I am trying to create adobe campaign forms in AEM 6.4 The article used as reference is: https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-4/sites/authoring/using/adobe-campaign-forms.html#TestingaFormThis article mentions something called - Encrypted Primary Key (EPK) that can be obtained from the profiles in Adobe Campaign. I couldn't see it in the profile page but have used adobe io APIs (https://mc.adobe.io//campaign/profileAndServicesExt/profile/byEmail?email=) to get the PKey value. My as...

Thanks Scott. This page does not provide any specific detail about RAM on client machines. Is 2GB RAM enough for a content author to be able to open a heavy AEM page and perform authoring on chrome considering chrome is quite memory consuming.

Thanks Scott. We finally figured out the issue so thought I will share in case others face the same.We use a client side rendering framework for components. So from AEM, a data-model with update request is passed to the front-end to render the component on page load or component update. In the affected components, we had a CQ listener of REFRESH_PARENT set on edit. When we were targeting a component in an experience, 2 calls were being made by AEM. One for experience related update and another one ...

Hi all,Our content authors complain that the AEM pages take a very long time to load on their machines, and often the chrome browser shows the message "Not enough memory to open the page".The developers are able to open the pages with no such issues. We have noticed that there is a significant difference in the RAM size. While authors use machines with 2-4GB RAM and developers use >=8GB.We have called it out but they have a question if Adobe specifies any such RAM requirement for client machines....

Hi,We are facing an issue with the toolbar options in the AEM 6.1 targeting mode for some components. When we try to personalize the components with this issue, we are able to - target a component, add an offer and then configure the component. The toolbar looks like:However, after configuring it for the first time, the options go missing in the toolbar and it looks like:Then we have to switch to another experience and come back to the first one and then the same behavior is repeated.
