I figured you were already on top of that but had to double-check Is it possible this is happening in doPlugins in some custom code? I just tested this on a site and had no issue using the event serialization in the DTM UI.
Hi there - I have a feeling you're using the bookmarklet debugger? If so, check out this new hotness, the Experience Cloud Debugger:Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger - Chrome Web Store Should fulfill all your debugging dreams
Hi zhengquanz32073933Looks like there is a typo on the Alerts Summary page. Please use the Glossary numbers as they are accurate. This will be updated in the next iteration/version of the Health Dashbaord. Good catch!
Hi Vasim,I had thought you said the issue was appearing in IE8 and IE10. Are you also seeing the issue on your latest IE/Edge browser? My guess is that the data layer is loading too slowly and the Adobe tag is firing before there is a value in the data layer. Are you using DTM to deploy the tags?
There really shouldn't be any difference, although the Force lowercase value is a good reason to go with the JS Object.Jantzen.Belliston - any thoughts?
Hey michael.won@jet.com,I've been putting the following code into DTM via the "Customize Page Code" accordion in the AA Tool. Be sure to keep it OUTSIDE of doPlugins or you'll have a bit of a mess on your hands:Hope that helps!
Sounds great, Guy. Adobe Support should be able to help if you get stuck, but you may also want to recommend that your tech team take advantage of the DTM Community Forums as well. They may get more specific and technical help there. Cheers
