First thing I would check is on distribution list are there any email addresses with errors? If so remove update them. How are you sending the project email? ftp? Second thing if the report is hourly are there any metrics that require any processing rules to complete first? That could delay the data...

Sadly if you cant modify the search criteria further the only other option is to run a smaller time frame. Can you run this for each month of timeframe?

There is no real way to do this natively in Adobe Analytics.The best alternative is just do Data blocks in excel report builder and paste screenshots there. good luck  

On large files it can takes days to reclassify. I ve seen some cases it took almost a week if you have a large history.. wait a couple days and see.

If access is correctly granted and this is happening then perhaps its a cache / VPN issue. Try clearing browser caches, also if using a VPN it may cause login to act oddly if you turn VPN on and off frequently. Try with and without VPN see if that changes things. Good luck
