@marcink-lwR9iu I remember vaguely that you can tag static pdf in acrobat.  Static PDF forms are different in that tags are generated at save time rather than load (run) time which explains why you see tags in the Static PDF but don't in the Dynamic PDF

@chandra_s_gupta the envt setup in on-prem is under the IT control they can make it more secure or make it vulnerable by improper configuration at the proxy or server. Both can be tuned to give good performance. But my choice is Linux.
