  • Thanks David. I've been able to locate the bug on our end, and have verified the accuracy of your statement from Mike.Turns out there was a change made on how iOS users are identified that didn't make it to our lookup tables. The update involves bringing the lookup tables into sync. This means that ...

Something that worked before, stopped working, and multiple people experiencing it are tell-tale signs of a regression...

  • The concept of events are to measure actions you want people to make on your site, such as purchases, registrations, or subscriptions. Add-ons seem to be a dimension, and multiple values can exist in a single image request. If you'd like to track each of these add-ons, I'd recommend using list props ...

  • Zhang Leslie wrote...I think first you may create a pages report and find the page you want. Then you can click on the breakdown icon and select Monitor Resolution to have a breakdown report for this single page. That's an excellent option. Another way to do it would be to pull a monitor resolution ...

  • Hi Yaser,ContextData variables allow you to assign any string values to a 'non-existent' variable, then use processing rules to assign it to a prop or eVar. If they don't get assigned there, that data is tossed out.Based on what your implementation requirements are, it sounds like using the products...

  • Hi Michael,That would be rather difficult to obtain, as the custom link name is initiated when the s.tl() function fires. Once it fires, generally that means they clicked on something and you're on your way to a different page.If you're firing an s.tl() function without navigating away from the page...

  • By city wise report, are you referring to the Geosegmentation Cities report offered out of the box? That report is based on a lookup table, which is actively maintained. It would be highly unlikely for a default report to have the same line item multiple times, unless they were genuinely different ci...

  • As long as s.linkTrackVars is set in your s_code file (by default its set to None), automatic exit link tracking should pick up the prop value if its already defined. You do not need manual s.tl() image requests to send that data, which is probably why its double counting.
