Is this AEM known issue. New client libraries js,  css will be loaded only on a page refresh? Not after a new code deployment?

Hi,new js, java code changes introduced for existing login functionality.When I did a recent deployment to production, a user already loaded the web page with old version of clientlibs.As user does not have latest js code, login failed until he hit page refresh.I would like to know is there any way ...

I know for a page or for a dam asset, can check cq:lastReplicationStatus to know whether a resource  ( page or dam asset only) replication status. (published, unpublished etc)Is there a way to know when I trigger a workflow on a page and page has some images that are not yet published ?Thanks,Sree

I do not have any issue in deploying sub packages to local instance.For DEV, QA, Production business uses Jenkins to trigger the build. i am not sure, if something needs to be done at Jenkins level to auto upload and install sub packages.Thanks,Sri
