multifield on checkbox selection

Hi,

I would like to give a component "menu" to the customer.

It will have a  multiple text fields and each text field could have multiple text fields.

User could check a check box if he would like to have sub menu items ( to any level )

menu item 1

    |------ sub menu item

                |        |------- sub sub menu item

                |                             |---------- sub sub sub menu item

                |

    |------ sub menu item

menu item 2

    |------ sub menu item

In touch ui, is this possible ? If so could some one point me to some example or basic api that I could use to do this.
